Advertiser Terms of Agreement
ADVERTISER CONTRACT
As a customer of Black Chopper Pty Ltd you must adhere to the terms and
conditions found at www.bigblackbook.com.au/terms_and_conditions.
You will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions as part of your
registration process. These terms and conditions will form the basis of our
contract with you. This contract also includes all details regarding your
advertisement submitted via the online registration process..
UPLOADING OF ADVERTISING
All advertisements will be uploaded through www.bigblackbook.com.au/advertisers.
You will be required to register using a secure password and user name. You must
not distribute these details to anyone who is unauthorized to make changes on
your behalf.
Once your payment has been approved your advertisement will be submitted for
approval. Within 24 hours you will be notified regarding the approval or
suspension of your advertisement. If your ad is approved it will be submitted
live to the website. You will be notified once this goes live via
email.
Should your advertisement be suspended due to the nature of the copy
or images your provided, you will be notified with suggested alternatives to
ensure you meet all legal requirements. Once you approve these changes,
your ad will go live. You will be notified once this goes live via email.
CAMPAIGN RENEWAL
Prior to expiry of your advertising campaign you will be notified it is due
for renewal via email. Upon expiry, we reserve the right to suspend your
advertising until your campaign has been renewed and payment approved.
PAYMENTS & CHARGES
You agree during the term of this agreement to be charged for the Services we
provide to you at our current rates which can be found at www.bigblackbook.com.au/advertisers.
Upon completion of your online registration you will be provided with a tax
invoice requiring payment to enable the completion of your registration and
enable your advertisement to be submitted for approval. Upon completion of
online transactions, you will immediately be provided with a complete copy of
the transaction receipt. This transaction receipt will include our name, contact
details, transaction date and amount, authorization code, details of transaction
and details of cancellation policy.
You may choose to be invoiced to enable
payment by cheque or EFT. Your advertisement will be suspended until
payment has been received.

Big Black Book accepts Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, cheque or EFT payments.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month. Should you begin
your campaign on any other day of the month you will be charged for the
proportion of the current month. You will then be charged on the 1st of
each month for the remainder of your campaign. Should your credit card be
declined for any of these payments your advertising campaign will be suspended
pending payment. You will be notified regarding the suspension of your campaign
via email.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Big Black Book will hold your details in a secure hosting facility in an
encrypted form. You have the right to delete this information at any time by
visiting the ‘My Account’ area and selecting to ‘delete payment
information.’

Big Black Book respects your privacy and will adhere with all legal

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES/REFUND POLICY
A customer may cancel their advertising contract by notifying Black Chopper
Pty Ltd in writing. If a customer cancels their advertising during the
campaign period you will be charged for the period your advertisement has been
live plus the time remaining of the current month. You may receive a refund on
any additional months booked that were not used. For more information on
