Advertiser Terms & Conditions

I/we understand that once I/we click on “I agree” at the bottom of this page, I/we [hereafter also called “the Advertiser”] acknowledge and accept:

1. Big Black Book [hereafter called “BBB”] means the business undertaking of BBB, its officers, representatives, agents and employees, its owners and operators including the directors, officers and shareholders of the company which owns BBB’s business undertaking.
2. The Advertiser means the business undertaking of the Advertiser, its officers, representatives, agents and employees, its owners and operators including the directors, officers and shareholders of the company which owns the Advertiser’s business undertaking as well as the person/s signing or electronically signing this document
If the Advertiser does not accept any of the following terms and conditions the Advertiser is not permitted to advertise its business [hereafter called “the business”] on the internet site of Big Black book [“this site”].
This site advertises adult services intended for adults and is intended to operate upon ethical standards which comply with all applicable local, State and Federal laws.
The Advertiser shall conduct and operate the business as its own business and as an independent contractor.
The Advertiser understands, acknowledges and accepts that BBB:
1. only provides access to this site to assist adult/adults [hereafter called “the Consumer”] to contact the Advertiser;
2. does not conduct or operate any of the businesses of its advertisers and is not connected with any of its advertisers’ services, activities or conduct provided except for advertising its advertisers’ services;
3. is not an agent of the Advertiser or associated with the business in any way;
4. does not in any way control any of the services, activities or conduct of the business of the Advertiser;
5. does not verify, evaluate or recommend the business, services, activities or conduct of the Advertiser and does not make any warranty or representation in respect thereof;
6. should not be regarded by the Advertiser as having actual, imputed or constructive knowledge of the nature of any of the business, services or activities to be provided by the Advertiser to the consumer; and
7. cannot be held liable or responsible for any of the services, activities or conduct of the business of the Advertiser or for any interaction which may occur by and between the Advertiser and the consumer.
The Advertiser acknowledges and declares:
1. All persons employed or contracted by or associated with the business are over the age of 18 years or if the business operates in a State, Territory or country wherein the law requires persons employed or contracted by or associated with the business to be of an age which is higher than 18 years then they are of the required age.
2. The Advertiser shall obey all applicable local, State and Federal laws and in particular the Advertiser shall not solicit or engage in any illegal activities including
  1. causing or inducing prostitution;
  2. using premises, or allowing premises to be used, for prostitution that are held out as being available for massage, sauna baths, steam baths, facilities for exercise or photographic studios;
  3. advertising that premises are used for or available for use or that a person is available for the purposes of prostitution;
  4. advertising for prostitutes or causing an advertisement to be published on this site which can be reasonably taken to indicate that employment for a prostitute is or may be available or a person is required for employment as a prostitute or to act as a prostitute or a person is required for employment in a position that involves or may involve acting as a prostitute;
  5. causing or allowing an advertisement to hold out or include a statement intended or likely to induce a person to seek employment as a prostitute;
  6. living wholly or in part on the earnings of a prostitute;
  7. not complying with any applicable licensing regime;
  8. not complying with any applicable advertising policy including approved form, size, colour and content;
  9. where applicable, not applying for approval from the appropriate licensing authority of any advertisement to be published on this site or not complying with the terms of such approval; and
  10. publishing an advertisement on this site which has links with another internet site which contains or refers to material whose content and form is illegal.
3. Further the Advertiser shall ensure that all persons employed or contracted by or associated with the business shall not breach the matters set out in paragraph 6ii) hereof [being the preceding sub-paragraph].
4. The business provides only the services which are advertised on this site.
5. The Advertiser believes that viewing the content of this site is not contrary to any local, State and Federal laws applicable to any area in which this site may be viewed by the Consumer.
6. In consideration of BBB agreeing to permit the Advertiser to advertise its business the Advertiser agreesto fully indemnify and hold harmless BBB against any claim or demand or any loss sustained by the Advertiser howsoever arising through use of this site by the Advertiser or by the Consumer or anything directly or indirectly arising out of the services, activities, conduct or interaction of the Advertiser or the activities, conduct or interaction of the Consumer. Further under no circumstance will BBB be liable for any damages, claim or demand from the Advertiser’s or Consumer’s reliance upon anything derived from this site even if BBB is advised that such defect or unsuitability exists.
7. The Advertiser accepts full responsibility for any correspondence, communication, contact or interaction with the Consumer. Any and all subsequent fee arrangements are strictly between the Advertiser and the Consumer.
8. The Advertiser shall not disclose or pass on any passwords or member access information to any third party.
9. The Advertiser is not associated or affiliated in any way with any local, State or Federal law enforcement agency and further the Advertiser shall not engage in any activity which involves or may involve acting as an agent provocateur.
10. The content of this site including the intellectual property and images are the copyright of BBB and shall not be redistributed.
11. In consideration of BBB advertising the services of the business the Advertiser agrees to pay BBB’s charges in accordance with BBB’s terms of payment.
12. The Advertiser shall adhere to BBB’s rules concerning the prohibition of any inappropriate images and/or words in any advertisement this site and in this respect BBB may exercise its absolute discretion.
