Book [“BBB”] wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has

1. An Online Adult Directory: BBB’s website provides an online
adult directory whose General Membership area permits FREE browsing.

The web site of Big Black Book [“BBB”] is strictly
for adults. Children under eighteen years of age are not eligible to use BBB’s

of any kind to us under any circumstance.

When you visit BBB’s web site you

BBB [i.e. establish a membership account] and provide to us personally

reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information

believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with

- if BBB’s

We use a credit card
processing company to bill you for goods and services if you order such from us.
These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable
information for any other purposes.
7. Control of Your Password:
You MUST NOT disclose your password to
any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing,
you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your
personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding
actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised
for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
8. Reviewing and Changing Your Personally Identifiable

Once you register, you will be able to review and change
much of your personally identifiable information at BBB including:

- your city, state, post code, country;

applies solely to information collected by BBB on it web site. BBB’s web site
contains links to other sites. Please be aware that BBB is not responsible for
the privacy practices of such other sites. You should read the privacy
statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable
information.
10. Security:
BBB has security measures in place to protect and
prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the membership account information
under BBB’s control. BBB uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the

at BBB work hard to ensure your secure use of our services.
11. Update/Delete:
Your use of BBB’s web site signifies your

stated on BBB’s web site. Please note that BBB reserves the right to make
amendments at any time to its Privacy Policy. These amendments will be reflected
