does not in any way control any of
the services, activities or conduct of the businesses of our Advertisers;
e.
does not verify, evaluate or
recommend any of the businesses, services, activities or conduct of our
Advertisers and does not make any warranty or representation in respect thereof;
f.
should not be regarded by the
Member as having actual, imputed or constructive knowledge of the nature
of any of the businesses, services or activities to be provided by any of our
Advertisers to the Member;
g.
cannot be held liable or responsible
for any of the services, activities or conduct of the businesses of our
Advertisers or for any interaction which may occur by and between any of our
Advertisers and the Member.
6.
The Member acknowledges and declares:
a.
I am over
the age of 18 years or if I am in a state, territory or country wherein the law
requires me to be of an age which is higher than 18 years in order to legally
view an adult internet site [such as this site], then I am of the required age.
b.
It is my responsibility to ensure
that nobody under the age of 18 years views or uses this site. If I am in a
state, territory or country wherein the law requires a person to be of an age
which is higher than 18 years in order to legally view an adult internet site
[such as this site], then I shall ensure that any person who views this site is
of that required age.
c.
That this
site is strictly provided for adults.
d.
I shall obey all applicable local,
State and Federal laws and in particular I shall not solicit or engage in any

I believe

businesses of our Advertisers. Further under no circumstance will BBB be liable
for any damages, claim or demand from the Member’s reliance upon anything
derived from this site even if BBB is advised that such defect or unsuitability
exists.

I accept full responsibility for any
correspondence, communication, contact or interaction with any of our
Advertisers. Any and all subsequent fee arrangements are strictly between me and
our Advertisers.
h.
I shall not disclose or pass on any
passwords or member access information to any third party.
i.
I am not
associated or affiliated in any way with any local, State or Federal law
enforcement agency and I further I shall not engage in any activity involving my
acting as an agent provocateur.
